Great for Eighty I believe it's important for older adults like myself to be active every day. With my mobility and health issues to consider, I’ve set a goal to be the best I can be for my upcoming 80th birthday. I recently had a fall that I'm recovering from, and I often experience near falls. I also carry excess weight, which is partly due to my age and disabilities that limit my energy expenditure. It’s crucial for me to focus not just on losing weight but also on retaining and even building muscle, while ensuring I don’t lose bone density. I aim to lose about 2 kg per month, which I think is a safe target as I work on improving my strength, balance, fitness, and flexibility at the same time.
